The mold department has a year-round constant temperature finishing workshop, and is equipped with Makino and Mikron high-speed CNC machining centers; copper and graphite electrode engraving machines; Charmilles and Makino EDMs; Charmilles slow wire walking; Mazak CNC lathes . The turning, milling and grinding machine group is equipped with CNC milling machines and grinding machines and other mold processing equipment. And introduced the electrode semi-automation and full life cycle management system and mold manufacturing management system of EAct and Eman. The mold department is equipped with 35 sets of various types of equipment. It has the processing capacity of producing 50 sets of various molds per month.
